You may not return perishable items since you had a change of mind in respect of the particular purchased item, this is due to public and food safety regulations.

Cancellation policy
All orders are made to order.
As all products are prepaid and prepared according to the quantity ordered, our sauces and marinades are made to order and thus no cancellations can or will be honoured.
Returns / Exchanges Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives or colouring and safely stored in the refrigerator will remain fresh and delicious for over a month or more.
Shipping Policy
Orders outside of the Gauteng metro will incur courier costs and bulk orders will be required to do so.
Courier Costs are not included in the above price lists & are calculated at check out.
Collection will be at the nearest Postnet Branch closest to Billing address used when placing the order.
Postnet to Postnet takes 2-3 working days to be delivered.
Portu'Vees cannot be liable for any breakages which may occur during transportation.
